Asymétriades s'inspire de l'univers poétique de Stanislaw Lem, dans son roman Solaris :
?The symmetriads - to continue using the terminology and definitions of the Giese school - are the least 'human'formations, which is to say that they bear no resemblance whatsoever to anything on Earth.
